  • ·   Do I need to place my order on-line?

  • No, we are available to take orders over the telephone, Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm EST, except on holidays.  You may also fax your order to 1.877.340.8784.

• How will you notify me about my order?

Upon receipt of your order an email will be generated confirming receipt of the email.  If for any reason your order cannot be processed within a reasonable amount of time or the item(s) your ordered are out of stock, you will be notified by email.  When your order is shipped you will be notified by email.

• How do you ship?

Our most used form of shipping is UPS or FedEx ground.

• What determines the shipping cost on my order?

Packaging, weight, size, and shipping zone determine the shipping cost.  We do everything possible to economically ship your items so they arrive in good condition.  Additional shipping charges may be applicable for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

• What should I do if I open the box and an item is damaged upon arrival?

It is important that you inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. 

If the packaging is damaged you will need to contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage, location on the box, and how extensive.  If the shipping driver is not there to make note of the damage we suggest taking a picture of the packaging before opening the box - for your records.

Upon opening the box you find an article damaged, call us at 1.877.340.8784 or email us at orders@selectivelysilkflowers.com with the order number, shippers reference number, a telephone number where you can be reached, and an explanation of the damage.  An RMA - Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be issued for your returned items.  We must receive notification within 5 days after delivery.  No RMA returns can be accepted after 20 days from delivery.

• If I am not satisfied with my product can I return it?

Yes, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If within 5 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with your product(s) call us at 1.877.340.8784 or email orders@selectivelysilkflowers.com the order number, a telephone number where you can be reached, and the reason you would like to return the product(s).  An RMA - Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be issued for your returned items.  We must receive notification within 5 days after delivery.  No RMA returns can be accepted after 10 days from delivery.  Carefully repackage the product(s) in its original packaging, unaltered, and return within 10 days of purchase, we will refund your purchase less shipping charges and a possible 10% Re-stocking fee depending on the reason for the return or condition of the item(s).

• How long does it usually take my order to arrive?

Depending on the size of the order and which warehouse it is shipped from determines the shipping time.  The actual time an item is in transit can vary from 3 to 8 day according to your location and seasonal shipping fluctuations.

• May I contact Selectively Silk Flowers for special orders?

• If there is an item out of stock when will it be replenished?

Most items are usually replaced in 30 days, however seasonal items are not re-stocked and are sold on a first come first serve basis.
