Selectively Silk Flowers ships from multiple warehouses across the country to get your order to you as soon as possible! We also use multiple suppliers to give you the biggest selection of premium silk flowers and arrangements available on the web. Considering these two facts, your products from the same order may arrive at different times. If an item is found to have been mistakenly left out of an order, please let us know at

Customer service is our number one priority. We make every effort to see that all orders placed by 3pm EST process within two buisness days. Orders placed on weekends generally process on the next buisness day. We know fast shipping is important to you, so we strive to ship orders as soon as possible. In some cases, depending on the availability of the product(s) that you selected will determine the shipping date. We go to great lengths to make sure that we ship your merchandise by the most reliable method of transportation.

· Canada - At this time, we are only able to ship floral merchandise within the U.S.
The cost of shipping is the sole liability of the customer. Whether shipping charges are to the customer or from the customer they are the responsibility of the customer.
Selectively Silk Flowers will not be responsible for any additional freight charges billed by the carrier for incorrect or incomplete information made by the customer.
Returns:
You can shop with confidence knowing Selectively Silk Flowers will accept returns in original packaging within 5 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.
Directions for General Returns:
Send an email to orders@selectivelysilkflowers.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Notification of a return must be received by Selectively Silk Flowers via email or telephone within 5 days of delivery.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your RMA number on the inside and outside of your box. Your account will be credited with a full refund minus the shipping charges when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
There may be a 10% Re-stocking charge on returned items, depending on the reason and condition of the product.
