The cost of shipping is the sole liability of the customer. Whether shipping charges are to the customer or from the customer they are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is the result of an error on the part of Selectively Silk Flowers the freight charges will be credited to your credit card.
Selectively Silk Flowers will not be responsible for any additional freight charges billed by the carrier for incorrect or incomplete information made by the customer.
Returns:
You can shop with confidence knowing Selectively Silk Flowers will accept returns in original packaging within 5 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.
Directions for General Returns:
Send an email to orders@selectivelysilkflowers.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Notification of a return must be received by Selectively Silk Flowers via email or telephone within 5 days of delivery.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your RMA number on the inside and outside of your box. Your account will be credited with a full refund minus the shipping charges when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
There may be a 10% Re-stocking charge on returned items, depending on the reason and condition of the product.

Colors of Products:
Colors of products may vary slightly because every computer monitor has a different pixel display. We use hi-resolution photographs to display all of our products so if there is a minor variation in color it will be negligible.
Sizes of Products and Display Features:
All of our products shown on our website are approximate sizes. Due to the nature of silk fabric, sizes may vary slightly. All of the measurements used are as realistic as we can be and under no circumstances exaggerated. All of our style displays are single dimensional and may not capture the proper depth of the item. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
Availability:
Product availability is subject to change. It is possible that an earlier order may deplete our selection without notice. If this were to occur we would notify you by phone or email and refund your credit card.
Prices:
We reserve the right to raise or lower prices without prior notice due to market conditions.
Shortages, Claims and Damages:
All shipments that are short products or have visible damages must be filed within (5) five days of receipt of merchandise to Selectively Silk Flowers via email or telephone. The 5 day grace period must be adhered to for your claim to be accepted. No claims will be honored after that period.

We are very proud of the workmanship of all of our products at Selectively Silk Flowers. A great deal of thought and craftsmanship goes into every item that we offer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in the original packaging box to us minus all shipping and restocking charges. Restocking fees will apply to returned merchandise in the amount of 10% fee based off the price of the returned merchandise. You must notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order if you wish to return the product. Credit will be issued less all shipping and restocking fees upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Selectively Silk Flowers will make adjustments for factory defects in workmanship and / or materials. The policy is void if the item has been tampered with or has been misused, abused or not used for the purpose intended. Defective merchandise requires a return authorization and may be obtained by emailing orders@selectivelysilkflowers.com with a description of the defect.
